INQ, who recently launched the INQ1, otherwise known as the Facebook Phone, is planning to launch a Twitter Phone towards the end of the year..

Given the company is part of Hutchinson Whampoa, it is believed that 3 will provide Twitter free along with eBay access and Skype. The phone will retail at under £90.

Some say that the Twitter phone won't be only availabe at 3 stores although there could be an issue with other operators not wanting to use a competitors product.

The previous INQ1 won a Global Mobile Award in 2009 for best mobile handset and came with Facebook, Skype, Yahoo, Google, eBay, and Windows Messenger. It also had a 3.2-megapixel camera. The Twitter phone will more than likely be an extension of this but with Twitter rather than Facebook.
