Orange is previewing its compact air bed Power Pump at this years Glastonbury festival. So, if your phone goes dead you can recharge the battery during the festival at the Orange Chill ‘n’ Charge tent - just look up and follow the giant Orange logo. It will be open from Friday to Sunday, 10am-10pm.

Last year, Orange showed off its giant solar and wind powered Recharge Pod that provided energy for festival goers phones and there was also the dance-powered charger.

This year has a kinetic energy focus with the air bed Power Pump charger, created by GotWind. All you have to do is pump the pump with your leg and it will charge your phone - a bit like pumping up a tyre! The pump drives a turbine that converts your energy into an electrical current that re-charges your phone. 5 minutes of talk time will take you a couple of minutes.
