Virgin Media will soon be offering a wide range of digital products and services at Best Buy stores, so UK consumers should try mobile phone recycling and pick up a bargain.
Best Buy, the consumer electronics retailer owned by Carphone Warehouse, will be launched in the UK next month. Best Buy has built up partnership with Virgin Media to sell its products and services to UK consumers.
The products and services offered by Virgin Media include HD television boxes, ultra-fast broadband, pre-pay mobile phones and home phone services. Customers can attend the interactive demonstration of Virgin Media products at Best Buy retail stores to learn how to get a better connected digital home.
Thurrock and Essex are the first two places where Best Buy will open stores in May 2010. The rest of the stores will be opened by the retailer at several places across the UK during the following months.
Merchandising Director from Best Buy UK, Harry Parmar says, “I’m really delighted to be working with Virgin Media. Together we can allow Best Buy’s customers to truly experience all the benefits of a connected digital home – first hand. Central to creating the fully connected digital home is the availability of super-fast home broadband. We know that customers want to be able to watch, share and access their entertainment at home and on the go, so I’m confident that together with Virgin Media we’ll help our customers to get the most out of their technology through Ultra-fast connection speeds and fantastic content.”
