It strikes me you have a genuine and decent service. What you say is what you do, refreshing. You offer good if not the best prices. You do not ask for chargers, cables, boxes, accessories, manuals etc. Batteries I found to be a grey area. The reason why I include this is I'm fairly sure I found one of your competitors only paying the offer price if these items where present which made me believe that once they received the phones the price given could be subject to reduction over quibbling for example the ear phones are the wrong ones or such like.Therefore making your service seem too good to be true, but this made me suspicious if there was a punch line I was yet to discover with Fonebank.
