Find your IMEI Number

The IMEI number is a 15 digit serial number unique to every mobile phone.

Depending on your model it may be located on the back of your phone or on the SIM tray.

You can make your mobile display it's IMEI number by typing the following on the keypad:
*#06#

If your mobile displays more than 15 digits or is separated by symbols, please enter only the first 15 digits.

BACK OF MOBILE

Check for a label or printed text on the back of the phone or under the cover.

SIM TRAY

Eject the SIM and it should be printed on the SIM tray.

DISPLAY IMEI

Enter *#06# on the keypad to display the IMEI number.

If you have a mixture of working and Damaged/Faulty or locked and unlocked, please add them as separate items.

Please note:

If you are using iCloud on your Apple device and you have an iCloud account you must remove the device from your iCloud account before sending it to us.

If your iPhone is faulty it must power up as due to possible iCloud issues we do not accept any iPhones that do not switch on

You have included one or more iCloud locked items

It must switch on and off.
The LCD must be working and power up correctly.
The LCD must have no lines or missing pixels.
There should be no liquid damage.
A white screen does not constitute a working phone.
The screen must be intact with no cracks or chips in the glass.
The integral bodywork should have no cracks, missing plastics, screws or metal.
It must be complete with SIM tray and all buttons.

If the handset fails on any of these point when tested then the non working icloud locked value will be paid. You have included one or more iCloud locked items

It must not be crushed.
It must not be broken in half or bent in any way.
There must not be liquid damage.
No integral parts such as buttons, camera, LCD etc should be missing.
No integral parts should be detached from the main body of the phone in any way or be missing

If the handset fails on any of these point when tested no value will be paid.

BACS Bank Transfer
BACS bank transfer is issued the day we receive your order. The payment will take up to 48 hours to clear. It can transferred into any UK bank that you have an account with.

If your device does not charge or the screen is not accessible then we will not be able to remove your data. Please do not send these devices as they will be £0 value, destroyed and recycled.
